Kolber was previously employed by CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber is originally from Pennsylvania graduated with a master's education at the University of Miami. Her professional career began as the Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She won a Sports Emmy in Miami during her stint working at WTVJ-TV.
