Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Communication. She started her career as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist. She choreographed and performed in around 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land television and film roles as she was studying the art of improvisation in the group The Groundlings. She also was a part of Theatre West. The combination of her unique voice and her petite stature allowed Kelly to create an array of vibrant characters. She was known to the public for taking on the character of the villainous Samara alongside Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However, she is better known as the bright and cheery receptionist who worked at Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the part of the paralegal as well as a party animal on TV the show Land's The Exes as a series regular between the years of 2011 and. In addition, she was the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She's lent her singing soprano to numerous animated films such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Her most recent performance was playing the dim, adorable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. In private, she is a quiet person. She loves spending time with her family, including two small children.
